The Alpha Chi Omega Foundation supports educational programs for victims of domestic violence as well as hands-on support at the local community level where personal involvement can make a difference. Grants go to various agencies across the nation providing services to victims as well as providing development and implementation of educational programs for members.​

The Kappa Rho Chapter works to help the Safe Alliance Domestic Violence Shelter of Charlotte North Carolina through volunteer work, events, and fundraisers. Safe Alliance assists over 20,000 people annually throughout our geographic footprint. This includes offices in Cabarrus County, Charlotte, Lake Norman and Union County. They also reach thousands more through their educational and prevention programs as well as institutional advocacy efforts. Safe Alliance is a United Way of the Central Carolinas member agency.
